Music Garlic: a medium-hot garlic with large, easy to peel cloves. Cured to store up to 9 months. Medium bulbs $5.50/lb. X-Large bulbs $8.50/lb.

Deerfield Garlic: a newer variety with a lovely purple colour, Deerfield has 10-12 cloves in a bulb. Flavour starts out mild and finishes with a spicy kick! Medium bulbs $5.50/lb. Large bulbs $7.00/lb. X-Large bulbs $9.00/lb.
